OBJECTIVES:

*  Assimilate all vessels in this sector
*  LOCUTUS must survive
*  ROMULAN STARBASE must be captured
*  All ROMULAN SHIPS must be destroyed







HINT: Use transporters and Locutus' holding beam to 
       capture ships. Build a starbase and use its 
       transporters to recrew captured ships. 
       Decommissioning ships and stations will 
       give you dilithium.
